Your privacy

What we keep

• Your account: your name and email address, so you can sign in and get certificates.
• Your learning: which lessons you finished and the notes you write.
• Messages: what you send through the contact, counseling and invite forms, so Imad can reply.
• Newsletter: your email, only if you choose to get the newsletter.

If you learn without an account, your progress and notes stay in your own browser on your device. We do not receive them.

Emails

We send sign-in codes and replies from our email providers. You can stop the newsletter at any time with the link at the bottom of every newsletter, or in your account settings.

Gifts

Gifts are handled by Stripe, PayPal, Zelle or Revolut. We never see or store your card details.

Ask Imad

When you ask a question on Ask Imad, we send the question to AI services (Cloudflare to find the right teaching, and an AI provider such as Groq to write the answer). Please do not put personal details in your question. We save the question and the answer so Imad can read them and improve the answers.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Needed to work: to keep you signed in and to protect forms. These are always on.
• Your choices: one cookie remembers what you chose in the cookie banner.
• Visitor statistics: to see which pages help people most. We only turn these on if you agree.

Videos are played through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.

Your rights

You can see, change or delete your details at any time in your account settings. Deleting your account removes your progress, notes and certificates. For anything else, email [email protected].
