Imad Awde is an accomplished counsellor and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. He holds a Diploma in Counselling (AIPC) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (MEU). With 20 years of experience as a pastor, counsellor & international speaker, Imad has touched lives across many countries, gaining invaluable exposure that enhances his ability to relate to and understand people from diverse cultures and walks of life.
Life can feel heavy at times. Whether it's stress, grief, relationships, faith, or personal struggles, having a safe place to talk makes all the difference. As both a pastor and a registered counsellor, I offer a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported.
Counselling Approach
Imad combines professional counselling skills with a faith-based perspective (when desired) to help people find clarity, healing, and direction. Each session is tailored to meet the personal therapeutic needs of clients. He employs an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing on various contemporary models of counselling, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Every session is confidential, compassionate, and focused on your unique journey.
